    <summary type="html">I used to work in a restaurant where there was some kind of system for, I assume, washing the stovehoods.  At least, that was the only explanation I could think of for a large red button on the wall labelled "Gaylord Hoodwash".  I always thought he should be the villain in a victorian melodrama.&#xD;

Now-closed health food restaurant Amazing Grace was "Amusing Grease", while fashionable Cafe Flore is "Cafe Hairdo". But I digress, as usual.&#xD;
