    <summary type="html">I know a man who claims to have grown up in a small town (Barstow, CA) with a boy named BOLIVER SHAGNASTY.&#xD;
&#xD;
Evidently, Shagnasty is an actual, albeit rare, surname (possibly related to "Shaughnessy", etc.), but to compound that by naming your baby boy "Boliver".  The boy was doomed.&#xD;
&#xD;
Actually, come to think of it, I think that would be a fun name to have as an adult.</summary>
